OIL HANDLING & FILTRATION

AL RAMIZ’s filtration plant removes water, dissolved gases and any kind of dirt from the transformer oil. Our skilled staff is completely capable of performing on-site services. We offer equipment, processes and solutions including oil filtration plants. We also have mobile oil filtration systems to perform the following services:

• Oil filtration & dehydration of insulation fluids using hot oil circulation
• BDV (Breakdown Voltage) test to determine quality oil filtered transformer oil
• Filtration of particulars using 0.5 and 1-micron filter
• Vacuum drying of the core coil and insulation system using the hot oil fill method
• Nitrogen filling for Oil Replacement.

We offer BDV (Breakdown Voltage), DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) test of various types of oil. By using oil quality, we provide diagnosis of the fluid condition and functional health of the following equipments:
